Tom is an experienced senior financial executive and CPA. He has more than 35 years of business experience, beginning with Andersen Consulting and later in industry. His experience covers manufacturing and service businesses as well as electronic commerce. He has had responsibility for finance, information systems and non-manufacturing production functions. Tom has worked and invested in several start-up companies.

FRANK E. GEDELMAN

Frank is an experienced senior financial executive and Certified Internal Auditor. He has more than 35 years experience in companies of all size. He has worked with food processors, financial services and transportation. Frank has had responsibility for all the financial functions of a rapidly growing company. Frank also has extensive administrative experience with a number of community service organizations.
